Privacy Policy (App Version – GDPR & Japan Law Compliant)

Stasta Rein (currently operating as Shinsei Shoshi, hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”) provides the mobile application “Sanmeigaku Eternal Calendar” (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and process personal information and personal data (“Personal Data”) within the App.
We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

1. Personal Data We Collect

We may collect the following types of Personal Data when you use the App:

(1) Account Registration Information

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Firebase Authentication user ID (“UID”)

(2) In-App Purchase Information

  • Google Play purchase history
    (We do not receive or store credit card or other payment information.)

(3) Backup Data

  • User-generated data created and saved within the App

(4) Data Used for Integration with Our Web App “Uchu Burn🔥”

  • UID and selected data linked by the user
    (This integration is performed solely between services we own and operate and does not constitute third-party sharing.)

(5) Information Provided Through Inquiries

(6) Technical Information Automatically Collected by Firebase

  • IP address
  • Device information
  • Log data
  • Other diagnostic information

2. Purposes of Use

We use the collected Personal Data for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the App
  2. To authenticate and manage user accounts
  3. To provide backup, synchronization, and related functions
  4. To process in-app purchases
  5. To respond to user inquiries
  6. To notify users of updates to terms, policies, or service changes
  7. To prevent unauthorized use and enhance security
  8. For purposes incidental to the above
  9. To provide data integration features with our Web App “Uchu Burn🔥” for subscription users

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users residing in the EU, we process Personal Data based on the following legal grounds:

(1) Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))

To provide the App and integration with Uchu Burn🔥

(2) Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))

To prevent unauthorized access and to maintain App security

(3) Compliance with legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c))

4. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

We do not disclose Personal Data to third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:

  1. Required by law
  2. Consent is obtained from the user

However, the App uses the following service, which may receive data within the scope necessary to provide its functions:

Firebase (Google LLC)

Purpose: Authentication, database management, server-side processing
Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The integration with Uchu Burn🔥 is conducted entirely within services operated by us and is not considered third-party sharing.

5. Management of Personal Data

We take appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of Personal Data.
Personal Data stored in Firebase is protected by encryption, access control, and other security features provided by Google.

6. Data Retention Period

We retain Personal Data for the following periods:

  • While the user’s account remains active
  • For the period required by applicable laws and regulations

After a user deletes their account, we will delete the relevant data stored in Firebase within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Rights of EU Users under GDPR

Users residing in the EU have the following rights:

  • Right of access
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure (“Right to be forgotten”)
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object
  • Right to withdraw consent
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise these rights, please contact us via the inquiry form listed in Section 12.

8. International Data Transfers

Personal Data processed by the App may be stored or processed at servers located:

  • In Japan, where we operate, and
  • In the United States and other regions where Google LLC manages its servers.

Japan has been granted an Adequacy Decision by the European Commission, recognizing its data protection framework as providing a level of protection essentially equivalent to the EU.

For transfers to other third countries (such as the United States), we rely only on service providers implementing appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under GDPR.

9. EU Representative

Our data processing activities are limited in scope and are not conducted on a large scale.
Therefore, we are not required to appoint an EU representative under GDPR Article 27.

10. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us through the inquiry form✉.

Data that will be deleted:

  • Firebase Authentication user information (email address, UID)
  • Backup data stored in Firestore
  • Data used for integration with Uchu Burn🔥

Processing time:

Account deletion will normally be completed within 7 days of receiving the request.

Important:

Once deletion is completed, data cannot be restored.

11. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion of Personal Data

Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their Personal Data.
Please contact us as described in Section 12.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary.
Changes become effective upon posting within the App or on this page.

新生書士（旧スタスタレイン。以下、「当方」といいます。）は、当方が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「算命学の万年暦。」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報および個人データ（以下「個人情報等」といいます。）の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
当方は、日本国の個人情報保護法および欧州一般データ保護規則（GDPR）を遵守します。

第1条（収集する個人情報等）

当方は、本アプリの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

  1. アカウント登録情報
    　メールアドレス、パスワード、Firebase Authentication により発行されるユーザーID（UID）
  2. アプリ内課金情報
    　Google Play を通じた購入履歴
    （※当方はクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を保持しません）
  3. バックアップデータ
    　本アプリ内でユーザーが作成・保存した各種データ
  4. WEBアプリ「宇宙Burn🔥」との連携で利用するデータ
    　ユーザーIDおよびユーザーが連携対象として選択したデータ
    （※当方が開発・運営するサービス間でのデータ連携です）
  5. お問い合わせ時に提供される情報
  6. Firebase が自動的に取得する技術情報
    　IPアドレス、端末情報、ログ情報など

第2条（個人情報等の利用目的）

当方は、取得した個人情報等を以下の目的で利用します。

  1. 本アプリのサービス提供および運営のため
  2. ユーザーのアカウント認証および管理のため
  3. データのバックアップ・同期等の機能を提供するため
  4. アプリ内課金処理のため
  5. ユーザーからのお問い合わせ対応のため
  6. 規約等の変更に関する通知のため
  7. 不正利用防止およびセキュリティ維持のため
  8. 上記利用目的に付随する目的
  9. 定期購入ユーザー向けに提供する WEBアプリ「宇宙Burn🔥」とのデータ連携機能の提供のため

第3条（GDPRに基づく処理の法的根拠）

EU域内のユーザーに対し適用される場合、当方は以下の法的根拠に基づき個人データを処理します。

  1. 契約の履行（GDPR 第6条1項(b)）
    　本アプリならびに宇宙Burn🔥との連携機能提供のため
  2. 正当な利益（GDPR 第6条1項(f)）
    　不正アクセス防止、セキュリティ確保のため
  3. 法的義務の履行（GDPR 第6条1項(c)）

第4条（第三者提供）

当方は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく第三者へ個人情報等を提供しません。

  1. 法令に基づく場合
  2. ユーザーの同意がある場合

ただし、本アプリでは以下のサービスを利用しており、必要な範囲で情報が提供されることがあります。

※ 宇宙Burn🔥とのデータ連携は同一事業者内での利用であり、第三者提供には該当しません。

第5条（個人情報等の管理）

当方は、個人情報等の漏えい、滅失、き損等を防止するため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
Firebase が提供する暗号化・アクセス管理機能等を利用し、安全に取り扱います。

第6条（データの保存期間）

個人情報等は以下の期間保持します。

  • ユーザーアカウントが有効な期間
  • 法令により保存が求められる期間

アカウント削除後は、合理的な期間内に Firebase 上のデータを削除します。

第7条（GDPRに基づくユーザーの権利）

EU居住者は、GDPRに基づき以下の権利を有します。

  1. 個人データへのアクセス権
  2. 訂正権
  3. 削除権（忘れられる権利）
  4. 処理制限の権利
  5. データポータビリティ権
  6. 異議申立権
  7. 同意撤回の権利
  8. 監督機関への苦情申立権

権利を行使する場合は、第13条のお問い合わせ窓口よりご連絡ください。

第8条（国外移転）

本アプリにおける個人データは、日本国内の当方拠点、
および Google LLC が管理する日本国外（米国等）のサーバーで処理される場合があります。

日本国は欧州委員会より十分性認定（Adequacy Decision）を受けており、
EU域内と同等のデータ保護水準が確保されていると認められています。

また、米国などその他の第三国に個人データが移転される場合であっても、
Google LLC による標準契約条項（Standard Contractual Clauses：SCC）等
GDPRに基づく適切な保護措置が講じられた事業者のみを利用します。

第9条（EU域内代理人について）

当方の個人データ処理は限定的かつ小規模であり、体系的または大規模なデータ処理に該当しないため、
GDPR 第27条に基づく EU 域内代理人の選任義務はありません。

第10条（アカウント削除について）

ユーザーが本アプリにおけるアカウントおよび関連データの削除を希望する場合、以下のとおり手続を行うことができます。

  1. 削除方法
    　当サイト内の「お問い合わせ✉」より、アカウント削除希望の旨をご連絡ください。
  2. 削除されるデータの範囲
  • Firebase Authentication のユーザー情報（メールアドレス、UID）
  • Firestore に保存されているバックアップデータ
  • 宇宙Burn🔥との連携に使用されるデータ
  1. 削除完了までの期間
    　通常、削除依頼を受領後 7 日以内 に削除を完了します。
  2. 注意事項
    　削除処理が完了すると、関連するすべてのデータは復元できなくなります。

第11条（個人情報等の開示・訂正・削除等）

ユーザーは、当方が保有する自己の個人情報等について、開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止を求めることができます。
ご希望の場合は第13条のお問い合わせ窓口よりご連絡ください。

第12条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更後の本ポリシーは、本アプリ内または当ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
